Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a QA Testing Analyst Lead for its IT Commercial Technology group. You will own manual testing, lead test planning and strategy, and coordinate SIT/UAT across multiple projects.

The role requires strong collaboration with developers, SMEs, and project managers to ensure quality delivery. You will create and execute test strategies, drive defect resolution, and lead a testing team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining rigorous standards and clear communication

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of QA testing and meeting facilitation experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Knowledge of test data requirements and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios.

Responsibilities

Create Test Strategy/Plan Document with Development and Business to ensure acceptance criteria coverage.
Create SIT test cases and test scripts; support UAT with SMEs and Business.
Deliver testing estimates, defect metrics, and testing implementation plans.
Provide daily/weekly test execution metrics and status reports.
Drive defect resolution with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate test environments with Technical PM and testing team.
Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and production verification activities.
