Job summary

SteerBridge is seeking an experienced Corporate Quality Assurance Lead to own QA across its software portfolio. You will translate product priorities into robust test coverage, build testing frameworks, and drive quality and security compliance across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration, customer-service mindset, and mentoring engineers. Deep expertise in Pytest, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG is required, with proficiency in Python/TS/Node and Linux scripting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing experience across multiple products and platforms.
• Deep familiarity with test frameworks and extensions (Pytest, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG).
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Node.
• Strong Linux system administration and shell scripting skills.
• Experience validating implementations against System Design Documentation and PO priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own SteerBridge's QA strategy across products and platforms.
• Validate compliance with functional and security standards before release.
• Maintain and extend test frameworks, libraries, and tooling.
• Develop and promote internal tooling to support QA workflows.
• Create shared QA components and libraries for cross-team reuse.
• Represent QA in technical calls and cross-team discussions.
• Prototype new test vectors and stay current with industry trends.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster continuous improvement.
