Qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 5–7 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for higher-level roles in QA engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervises inspections of raw materials, equipment, processes and finished products.
• Implements quality standards and ensures QA testing models follow protocols.
• Assists in design and implementation of testing procedures for product quality.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Leads personnel actions with HR and General Managers' concurrence.
