This role requires an Associate’s Degree with 5–7 years of QA experience (or equivalent), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to audit processes, perform root-cause analyses, and support ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 5–7 years' QA experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of QA fundamentals and ISO 9001 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality standards for products and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Audit production processes, raw materials, or suppliers to ensure quality.
• Conduct root cause analyses for defects and non-conformities.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 and related external standards.
