Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a Sr. Quality Inspector (Line Operations) to ensure acceptable quality levels (AQL) on GMP finishing lines and to make risk-based quality decisions. You will join the Finishing Quality Assurance Team and report to the Quality Finishing Line Operations Supervisor.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:45 PM–6:45 AM. The role requires strong teamwork, adherence to SISPQ, and a willingness to work overtime including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; able to use enterprise software (examples: D365, Veeva, ROBAR).

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality through AQL inspections.
• Perform unit and packaging level visual inspections per specifications.
• Calculate AQL Sampling Plans based on ANSI Standards.
• Provide QA support on production lines.
• Cross-train on QA Label Control and QA Warehouse Technician duties.
