Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions seeks a Sr. QA Inspector for Line Operations on the 3rd shift in Bloomington, IN. This role ensures AQL quality for GMP products on finishing lines and makes risk-based quality decisions to maintain SISPQ standards.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years in pharma/biotech, with proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook and enterprise software. Overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; able to use enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality through AQL inspections on finishing lines.
• Perform unit and packaging level visual inspections per specs.
• Calculate AQL sampling plans per ANSI standards.
• Provide QA support on production lines.
• Crosstrain on QA Label Control and QA Warehouse Technician tasks.
