Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions (Simtra) is a world-class CMO focused on sterile injectable products with facilities in Bloomington, Indiana. The Sr. Quality Inspector role ensures AQL quality levels across finishing lines and supports risk-based QA decisions on the production floor.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 2:45p-11:15p, with overtime as needed. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, SISPQ, and GMP compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech industry required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and enterprise software such as D365, Veeva or ROBAR.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality through AQL inspections.
• Perform unit and packaging level visual inspections.
• Calculate AQL Sampling Plans per ANSI standards.
• Provide QA support on production lines.
• Cross-train on QA Label Control and QA Warehouse Technician roles.
