Job summary

Bodwé Group Companies is seeking an experienced General Construction Building Inspector/ CQM/QA Representative to provide construction quality management for repairs and modernization at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The role requires extensive field experience, USACE process familiarity, and on-site inspection duties.

Travel to project sites will be required with potential atypical hours; candidates must obtain/maintain a Real ID or Passport and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Licensed Building Inspector or equivalent with 10+ years field experience in construction/renovation/modernization.
• Experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers processes and safety manuals.
• Requires OSHA 30-hr, CQM-C and CE-SOHMS familiarity within 90 days on site.

Responsibilities

• Review plans for contract compliance and constructability; evaluate submittals and RFIs.
• Perform on-site surveillance of general construction activities and QC.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and support turnover documentation to WRNMMC.
