Job summary

Bodwé Group seeks an experienced General Construction Building Inspector/CQM/QA Representative to support WRNMMC repair, renovation, and modernization projects. You will perform quality assurance, inspect on-site activities, review submittals, and ensure contract compliance across mechanical disciplines.

The role requires 10+ years of field experience, USACE process knowledge, OSHA 30-CQM-C training, and ability to travel with a valid ID or passport.

Qualifications

• Licensed Building Inspector with 10+ years field experience in construction/renovation.
• Experience with USACE Three-Phase Inspection Process and EM 385-1-1.
• Required safety training: OSHA 30-hour and CQM-C; ability to travel with valid ID or passport.

Responsibilities

• Review design and construction plans for contract compliance and constructability.
• Evaluate submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs; provide written comments to COR.
• On-site surveillance of activities; monitor testing and quality-control processes.
• Attend progress meetings; report issues and assist with corrective actions.
• Prepare RMS/weekly reports, photos, and closeout documentation; support turnover.
