Job summary

Securiport LLC in Reston, VA seeks an experienced QA Engineer to own and execute the quality assurance lifecycle across our software products. You will collaborate with the QA team and developers to design and run tests that ensure functionality and reliability for clients.

You will work in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment with a strong emphasis on Agile practices, perform automated testing, and contribute to test design, documentation, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years of software quality assurance experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; local candidates only.
• Experience testing web, desktop, and API applications in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA lifecycle across requirements, design, development, testing, and release.
• Design and execute test plans and test cases; track defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure product quality.
• Develop and run automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, or Ranorex.
• Utilize Azure DevOps or OpenText ALM for test management.
