Job summary

Talentify is seeking a QA Automation Engineer in Reston, VA (Hybrid) to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and test suites for our Health Insurance client. You will create UI, API, regression, and end-to-end tests using Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Karate, and Playwright, and validate cloud-hosted microservices while integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 5+ years of QA/Automation, strong SQL, NoSQL familiarity, and experience in enterprise Agile

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java and TypeScript.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Karate, and Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with API testing and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create and execute UI, API, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Automate tests using Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Karate, and Playwright.
• Perform database validation and backend testing with complex SQL.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analyze results.
