Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join its DevSecOps and Salesforce testing efforts in McLean, VA. You will collaborate with product/design to define testing parameters, write test plans, and deliver QA reports across applications, cloud, and data systems.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in software/IT/cloud consulting
• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalency
• Experience documenting an as-is state and performing gap analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Security clearance or ability to obtain US government clearance preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet with product design team to determine testing parameters
• Write test plans, create test cases, bug reports, and QA reports
• Manage test data architecture with the Tech Lead
• Troubleshoot errors and streamline test procedures
• Perform data, functional, performance, usability, and accessibility testing
• Establish automated testing tools and infrastructure for test automation
• Validate testing across Salesforce and related systems
• Convey stakeholder needs to developers and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Present status updates and cross-train DevOps team members
