Job summary

ELEVI Associates, LLC in Virginia is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to develop and execute functional and regression tests for Java-based web apps. You will validate UI across browsers, ensure federal cybersecurity compliance, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and security in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include test planning, creating test plans for upgrades, API testing, and CI/CD integration with GitLab.

Qualifications

18+ years in systems/IT roles or highly related field with similar scope and responsibilities.
Extensive experience in functional and regression testing of Java-based web applications.
UI testing expertise including cross-browser validation.
Proficiency with defect tracking systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for system upgrades, including Tomcat servers, Oracle 19c, and SAP BI interfaces.
Validate federal cybersecurity requirements and Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards across the platform.
Conduct UI validation and cross-browser compatibility testing; perform manual testing for complex scenarios.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and security teams in a regulated environment.
