You will own testing from planning through execution, collaborating with Developers and Business Analysts to identify defects, broaden coverage, and ensure high-quality releases on time. The position emphasizes detail, critical thinking, and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience testing web-based applications.
• Strong manual testing background.
• Experience with structured testing methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile/SDLC environments.
• SQL experience with SQL Server.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and ad-hoc testing.
• Support API and web service testing.
• Validate data using SQL and SQL Server.
• Create testing data required for manual test execution.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Work with Developers and Business Analysts to troubleshoot reported issues.
• Review application logs and investigate potential problems.
• Configure and deploy software within testing environments.
• Evaluate existing test coverage and recommend additional scenarios.
• Support testing across new features and existing functionality.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
• Communicate testing risks and concerns to project teams.
• Ensure testing activities remain aligned with project timelines.
