Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Business-related field.
- Strong QA experience in financial/retirement domain.
- Hands-on QA with Agile experience.
- SQL skills and relational database knowledge.
- Ability to lead and mentor quality assurance practices.
- Experience with testing tools and API testing.
Responsibilities
- Define testing strategies for complex initiatives.
- Collaborate with Developers on testing strategy.
- Create and execute functional, cross-browser, security, regression, and integration tests.
- Create metrics for testing results and defects.
- Support client UAT scenarios.
- Set up test data for execution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
