Axiado is seeking a Senior QA Engineer – Performance & Reliability to lead performance characterization and reliability validation of our Secure TCU System, ensuring it meets demanding data center standards.

You will own test design, execution, and deep‑dive analysis for performance and reliability, working closely with firmware and hardware engineers to identify bottlenecks, reproduce issues, and verify fixes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in embedded system testing focused on performance verification and reliability.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills, kernel tuning, system monitoring, and log analysis.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute comprehensive performance tests (benchmarking, stress, longevity, thermal/power) for TCU/BMC systems.
• Analyze workload behavior to identify bottlenecks in throughput, latency, and resource usage.
• Lead root-cause analysis and collaborate with firmware/hardware teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
