Job summary

Axiado Corporation, a silicon and security innovator in Silicon Valley, is hiring a Senior QA Engineer – Performance & Reliability to lead the performance characterization and reliability validation of the Secure TCU System.

You will own test design, execution, and analysis, collaborating with firmware and hardware teams to identify bottlenecks, run endurance tests, MTBF simulations, and build automated performance tests and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded system testing focused on performance and reliability.
• Deep knowledge of TCU, BMC, RoT, Secure Boot, TPM, PCIe Gen4/5.
• Proficiency in Python for automation; C/C++ is a plus.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills, kernel tuning and log analysis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for performance benchmarking, stress testing, longevity/endurance testing, and thermal/power characterization.
• Lead deep-dive investigations to identify root causes and reproduce complex bugs with firmware/hardware teams.
• Develop and maintain automated performance testing frameworks and dashboards to track regressions and trends over time.
