Job summary

uAvionix is seeking a QA Engineer III/IV to lead the QA program in Operations. You will implement, execute, and manage the QA system and staff, bridging manufacturing and engineering to ensure high-quality products prior to delivery.

You will train QA staff, coordinate product testing, participate in design reviews, and ensure adherence to applicable quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in QA with supervisory exposure a plus.
• Experience implementing QA processes, documentation, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage QA processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Set quality standards and communicate them to QA and development teams.
• Lead QA staff and coordinate product testing and audits.
• Review engineering data, tolerance, and inspection criteria; support production releases.
