Redhorse Corporation in Chantilly, VA is seeking a QA Senior Software Engineer to own testing across government-grade software releases. You will drive test strategy and automate crucial validation activities to ensure mission-ready products.

You will design and implement automated test frameworks, lead regression efforts, and manage release processes for baseline IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability for government partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 8+ years.
• Proven authority in Quality Assurance for enterprise-scale software.
• Experience developing automated test scripts and test control databases.
• Extensive Release Management experience overseeing IT infrastructure baselines.
• Ability to solve highly complex technical problems and document workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sophisticated test scripts to certify system changes for production.
• Produce expert-level test plan documents and requirement specifications.
• Develop and maintain test control databases with integrity and security.
• Perform complex solution testing to meet strict business and mission requirements.
• Lead regression testing and manage end-to-end defect status tracking.
• Manage Release Management for changes to the baseline IT infrastructure.
