Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our mission-driven team. You will design and implement automated deployment solutions for complex, government-facing environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.

You will operate with TS/SCI clearance, leverage IaC, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure), and guide development and operations toward fast, reliable continuous delivery.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience.
• Recognized expertise in DevOps engineering, specifically in designing and building automated deployment solutions.
• Demonstrated experience solving unusually complex technical problems with highly innovative solutions.
• Extensive experience with infrastructure as code, automated provisioning, and configuration management.
• Proven ability to work with considerable latitude in determining technical objectives and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and build deployment solutions for complex, customer-facing environments.
• Automate operations to ensure scalable, secure release processes.
• Lead SDLC improvements for continuous delivery.
• Set up development tools and infrastructure for government missions.
• Translate stakeholder needs into implementable technical requirements.
• Oversee code deployments across environments and ensure stability.
• Monitor metrics and drive data-driven operational improvements.
• Provide high-level code review and ensure codebase integrity.
• Embed security across infrastructure layers.
