Job summary

Knowledge Services is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) to lead test strategy for a long-term State of Indiana project. The role combines hands-on testing with technical leadership in a hybrid Indianapolis setting, onsite weekly.

You will design master test strategies, own automation frameworks, coordinate UAT with state users, and mentor junior staff while communicating risk and quality posture to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years QA experience on large government IT projects.
• Hands-on test automation design for UI and API.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Experience coordinating UAT with non-technical users.
• Audit-defensible test documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality strategy and release sign-off.
• Design master test strategy across functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and UAT.
• Develop and maintain automated UI regression suites and API tests.
• Lead functional, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing across workstreams.
• Mentor junior QA staff and establish automation code standards.
• Deliver QA metrics and release readiness summaries to leadership.
