Job summary

Stellent IT LLC is seeking a Tester/QA Analyst in Olympia, WA who will own functional, automation, and API testing. The role requires designing test plans, executing tests, and verifying defect fixes with developers and product managers.

You will integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and mentor junior QA engineers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software quality assurance, hands-on experience with Postman, Selenium, and API testing, and a strong understanding of SDLC and QA

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with functional, automation and API testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman or SoapUI.
• Strong SDLC and QA methodology knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional test plans and cases.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests; integrate into CI/CD.
• Create and run API tests for RESTful services and microservices.
• Report defects, track issues, and verify fixes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with development and product teams; mentor junior QA engineers.
