Job summary

Loadsmart is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across our logistics ecosystem. You will manually validate complex edge cases and error states while contributing to evolving automation frameworks to scale testing. Focus areas include OpenDock, YMS, and SmartGate, with collaboration across the US and Brazil.

You will maintain the test automation framework, test weekly releases in web and mobile, and report defects clearly to engineers. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of professional manual validation for web-based applications.
• Experience designing complex test scenarios for error states and edge cases.
• Proven ability to identify defects by exercising boundary conditions and non-standard workflows.
• Experience in high-velocity weekly release environments.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and AI-driven testing support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the test automation framework and add coverage for edge cases found during manual testing.
• Manually test tickets throughout the week, not just before releases.
• Design and execute test cases for edge cases, error states, and unhappy paths.
• Test features with invalid data and boundary conditions to uncover defects not found by automated tests.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up test design, exploratory testing, and bug analysis.
• Perform full regression testing ahead of weekly releases across web and mobile.
• Document reproducible defect reports for engineering teams.
