Loadsmart is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across our logistics ecosystem as a remote role in Brazil. You will focus on manual validation of complex edge cases and error states, ensuring continuous testing throughout the development cycle to identify issues beyond standard automated happy-path scenarios.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of professional manual validation for web-based apps, focusing on edge cases and error states.
• Experience designing complex test scenarios beyond happy-path tests.
• Experience in high-velocity weekly release environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend Loadsmart’s test automation framework, adding coverage for edge cases found during manual testing.
• Manually test tickets as they are completed throughout the week prior to releases.
• Design and execute test cases for edge cases and unhappy paths beyond automated tests.
• Test features with invalid data and boundary conditions to uncover defects.
• Use AI tools (Claude) to speed up test design, exploratory testing, and bug analysis.
• Perform full regression testing ahead of weekly releases across web and mobile, reporting reproducible bugs.
• Flag edge cases and missed failures to improve coverage.
