Job summary

Forbright Bank is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to hands-on test across our digital banking ecosystem. You will design and maintain automated tests in C#/Selenium, execute manual testing, and diagnose failures while guiding offshore QA teammates. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Units is essential.

The role also involves building robust test data, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, and driving high-quality releases in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science preferred.
• 8+ years QA/testing experience with 4+ years building test automation.
• Proficient in C# with Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong API testing experience (Postman, RestSharp, Swagger).
• Experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mobile automation experience for iOS and Android (Appium preferred).
• Exposure to ML-based self-healing automation tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated mentoring of offshore QA teams and influencing quality standards.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated tests for web, mobile, and API layers.
• Build and maintain UI automation in C# with Selenium, Playwright, and API tests.
• Run tests, analyze results, and fix flaky tests to keep suites green.
• Guide offshore QA analysts, reviewing coverage and mentoring on standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure testing milestones are met.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure testability.
