Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests for web and mobile banking applications.
• Build reusable test automation frameworks and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and traceability aligned with business requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
• Investigate defects, analyze logs, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Improve test coverage, automation reliability, and quality reporting.
• Validate member-facing journeys such as login, MFA, balances, transfers, Interac e-Transfer, mobile cheque deposit.
• Test banking capabilities like delegated access, entitlements, approvals and business payments.
• Validate integrations between digital banking platforms, core banking, payment services, lending apps and CRM.
• Support data migration testing, reconciliation and regression testing during platform replacements.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, release readiness and production validation.
• Collaborate with client business teams to ensure realistic test scenarios.
