Job summary

Caylent is seeking a Senior QA Engineer focused on Amazon Connect and CCaaS to design and execute test strategies across contact flows, IVR, and AI-driven agents. You will build manual and automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium), validate migrations, and ensure production readiness while collaborating with engineers.

You will also validate serverless components (Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, DynamoDB) and participate in UAT sessions with stakeholders, mentoring junior QA

Qualifications

8+ years of QA/test engineering experience with CCaaS or IVR/voice platforms.
Hands-on testing experience with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations covering flows and AI agent behavior.
Build and maintain manual and automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and perform end-to-end testing.
Validate serverless AWS architectures (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB) and monitor integration tests.
Lead UAT sessions with stakeholders and drive defects to resolution.
