Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior IT Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives across complex software in a multi-platform environment. This remote role requires strong testing, automation, and leadership to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.

You will design test plans, lead non-functional testing, build automation frameworks, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software testing and/or engineering experience.
• Experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and QA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans, test cases, and data.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and platform testing.
• Lead and implement test strategies for complex solutions, including non-functional testing.
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks and tools.
• Manage work direction, lead and mentor team members.
• Analyze and resolve complex quality issues with advanced debugging techniques.
• Define and track quality metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
• Implement quality tools and best practices via IT collaboration.
• Other duties as assigned.
