Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior IT Quality Engineer to drive quality across complex software in a multi-platform environment. This role requires hands-on testing, automation, and leadership to mentor team members and deliver robust, scalable software.

The IT Quality Engineer Sr will design test plans, lead non-functional testing, implement advanced automation frameworks, and ensure regulatory and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; 5 years in software testing/engineering.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans, test cases and test data required based on functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and system specifications.
• Lead comprehensive test strategies for complex solutions, inclusive of non-functional testing.
• Define and track quality metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards within the quality service.
