Job summary

Prime Therapeutics, a leading PBM, is seeking a Senior IT Quality Engineer to drive quality across multi-platform software and lead testing initiatives in a remote capacity. You will shape test strategies, mentor teammates, and ensure scalable, robust solutions that meet regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of software testing/engineering experience, with strong automation skills (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), SQL/Oracle knowledge, and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of software testing/engineering experience.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD is required.
• Knowledge of healthcare or PBM regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test plans and data based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and platform testing to ensure reliability.
• Lead and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks and tools.
• Coach and mentor Quality Engineering team members and provide feedback.
• Analyze and resolve complex quality issues with debugging techniques.
• Define and track quality metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
• Collaborate across IT to implement quality tools and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
