Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in software testing/engineering, strong non‑functional testing experience, and proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and SQL databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of software testing/engineering experience.
• Ability to lead, mentor and guide quality engineering teams.
• Experience designing and implementing test strategies including non-functional testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans and data.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, stress testing.
• Lead and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback to the group.
• Track quality metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
