Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area; HS diploma/ GED acceptable
• 5 years of work experience in software testing and/or engineering
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans, test cases and test data
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, performance, stress, and platform testing
• Lead and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex solutions
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks and tools
• Manage work direction, lead, influence, and provide feedback to team members
• Analyze and resolve complex quality issues using advanced debugging techniques
• Define and track quality metrics and present insights to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards
• Implement quality tools, services, and best practices via collaboration across IT
• Other duties as assigned
