Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience in absence management workflows, or related experience.
Experience interpreting requirements and designing test coverage across scenarios.
Proven ability to lead QA activities and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

Interpret business and functional requirements to design comprehensive test coverage across scenarios.
Lead requirements elicitation through Agile PI planning, KANBAN reviews, and stakeholder sessions.
Oversee full lifecycle QA activities including regression testing and automation integration.
Prepare and deliver release level documentation: Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Test Closure Reports, and Sign-off packages.
Develop and enhance automation frameworks to support business initiatives.
Perform integration and API testing and manage traceability with JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence.
Drive QA process improvements and defect lifecycle management during sprints.
