Duties: Responsible for interpreting Business and Functional Requirements and ensuring comprehensive test design coverage across all scenario variations. Lead requirements elicitation through Agile PI planning, KANBAN reviews, and stakeholder sessions, including analysis of existing system architectures and evolving business processes. Maintain continuous engagement with business partners to resolve dependencies and finalize end to end test scenarios. Oversee full lifecycle QA activities including regression testing, combining automated frameworks and manual validation to ensure quality with each code iteration. Lead project initiation activities—scope definition, estimation, requirement analysis, and preparation of all test assets such as Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Traceability Matrices, and Test Data. Prepare and deliver all release level documentation, including Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Test Closure Reports, and Sign off packages. Drive the development and enhancement of automation frameworks to support business initiatives. Lead the transformation of manual regression suites into fully automated pipelines. Champion continuous improvement of QA practices by identifying systemic enhancements across value streams and advocating modern testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Perform integration testing and API testing, and manage traceability of requirements, test cases, and defects using JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence. Facilitate defect lifecycle management through structured defect triage meetings, retest planning, and delivery of key QA reports including DSRs, WSRs, and production defect analyses. Identify and implement optimization opportunities by proposing strategic solutions and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs). Support automated integration and end to end testing through alignment with DevOps CI/CD pipelines as part of the SDLC process. Conduct tool and platform evaluations, including capability analysis, technology compatibility assessments, integration feasibility, and readiness for next generation technologies such as BOTs and AI. Ensure alignment of toolsets with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Collaborate closely with Development, Business, and QA leadership to define DevOps strategies, select platforms and toolchains, and establish implementation plans aligned with organizational objectives.
