Eleven is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA efforts for core software, designing robust automated and manual testing strategies across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infra.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software QA engineering experience, with heavy emphasis on test automation and backend validation.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, alongside PHP backend code testing and debugging.
• AWS Cloud Proficiency: hands-on testing of EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM configurations.
• Proficient with relational databases using T-SQL and validating OpenSearch/Elasticsearch data and indexes.
• API Testing Expertise: RESTful APIs validation using Postman/SoapUI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Automation Framework Design: design and maintain advanced test automation frameworks for backend systems and multi-layer web apps.
• API Validation: lead end-to-end testing of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Cloud Infrastructure Verification: test AWS deployments (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB) and IAM security.
• Data & Analytics Testing: craft and execute T-SQL scripts; test OpenSearch indexes.
• Modern Tooling Integration: incorporate AI tools to generate mock data and optimize scripts.
• Defect Lifecycle Leadership: document and track bugs with logs and traces to speed remediation.
