Job summary

Eleven Software is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA for core software applications, designing automated and manual testing strategies that validate end-to-end functionality, high-throughput network authentication, API integrations, and data pipeline integrity.

An ideal candidate is a technical gatekeeper who can query complex relational databases and leverage AI tools to accelerate test coverage.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software QA engineering experience with emphasis on test automation.
Strong proficiency in C#/.NET; experience with PHP backend testing.
Hands-on AWS workloads testing across EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB.
Expertise in T-SQL and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch validation.
Advanced RESTful API testing using Postman/SoapUI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks for backend and web apps.
Lead end-to-end testing of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Verify cloud deployments on AWS and ensure IAM/security policy compliance.
Create and execute data/analytics tests with SQL and OpenSearch/indexing checks.
Integrate AI into testing workflows to generate mock data and edge cases.
Track and document defects with detailed logs and traces.
