Job summary

Toyota Financial Services in the United States is seeking a Loan QA & Controls professional to execute first-line QA/compliance for residential mortgage, deposits, and commercial loans. You will partner with mortgage origination, servicing teams and TFSB Compliance to reduce risk.

The role is located in Henderson, NV or Plano, TX and is hybrid. You will contribute to testing FDICIA controls, reporting findings, and supporting audits while helping improve lending processes and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking or lending experience.
• Experience with Quality Control/Validations of bank products.

Responsibilities

• Execute first-line compliance testing for loan originations and servicing.
• Provide responses and remediation tracking for state and federal examinations.
• Perform real-time QA for mortgage origination, closing and funding.
• Perform real-time QA for deposit origination and boarding.
• Collaborate with mortgage originations on remediation of issues.
• Develop recommendations to improve lending processes for compliance.
• Track changes to procedures and LOS/POS for mortgage originations.
