Aufgaben

• Review return forms, record in spreadsheet, and compile monthly return reports.
• Serve as primary contact for product complaints, document forms, review batch records and determine root causes.
• Review and sign off on updated Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) and create new ones when needed.
• Perform organoleptic review of raw materials to ensure specifications are met.
• Create and update specification sheets for components and archive finished or cancelled job jackets.
• Conduct on-the-floor quality monitoring across production areas and perform sampling for Cleaning Verification.
• Review batch records and provide release coverage to ensure finished products meet criteria.
• Support special quality projects related to process improvements or new product introductions.
• Perform visual inspections of labels for print quality and accuracy against specs.
