Job summary

US Pharma Lab, Inc. in North Brunswick, NJ, seeks an Associate Director of Quality Assurance Compliance to lead and strengthen QA programs, GMP/GLP compliance, and inspection readiness.

You will shape SOPs, oversee audits, and mentor the QA team to support regulatory expectations and product quality. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science, 10–12 years in dietary supplement/pharma, PCQI certification, and a proven track record in managing quality systems and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or related field.
• PCQI certification required; auditing/FSMA/HACCP credentials preferred.
• About 10–12 years of relevant QA/Quality Compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GXP SOPs and quality documents.
• Oversee internal and external audits and CAPA closures.
• Lead QA team, provide GMP training, and ensure inspection readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold GMP and product quality.
