You will own requirements documentation, lead test strategy, and drive automation within Agile/Scrum teams. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in a combined Business Analyst/QA or QA Lead role.
• Experience documenting requirements and managing test cases.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or RestAssured.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Advanced Jira and Confluence proficiency.
• Experience managing full test lifecycle and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead QA activities independently and mentor others.
• Authorized to work in the United States and US residency 3+ years; willing to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Elicit, document, and manage requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Maintain traceability from business needs through to test coverage.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and obtain sign-offs.
• Develop and own the QA strategy for products and features, from planning through release.
• Design and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements.
• Lead manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT cycles.
• Track, report, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Define and monitor quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and escape rate.
• Act as the quality gatekeeper to ensure release readiness.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and regression testing.
• Identify automation opportunities and expand automation coverage continuously.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Evaluate and recommend automation tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and refine backlog items.
• Manage and maintain JIRA boards, including epics, stories, sprints, workflows, and reports.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders on scope, timelines, and quality.
