Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Quality Assurance Engineering Advisor I) to lead end-to-end QA for complex software applications and drive quality across the software development lifecycle.

You will partner with engineering and product teams to define and execute quality strategies, develop test plans, and mentor junior QA engineers, with a strong focus on test automation, performance testing, and Agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience in performance and load testing.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA for complex software applications.
• Define, develop, and execute test strategies, plans and cases.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to uphold quality.
• Mentor and support junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices.
