Job summary

Verra Mobility in Mesa, AZ seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to champion automation and the quality of our core technology products. You will lead automation initiatives, enforce quality gates in the CI/CD pipeline, and scale QA practices across multiple engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
7+ years in software quality assurance with senior/lead experience.
Proven automation experience with modern QA tooling.

Responsibilities

Establish and enforce uniform QA processes and testing standards across development teams.
Implement and monitor quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline for releases.
Architect, scale, and maintain automated testing frameworks across web apps and Windows services.
Mentor QA team members and raise automation maturity across squads.
Analyze complex requirements, lead design reviews with Product/Development/Scrum teams.
Oversee system integration, functional, regression, and performance testing (manual and automated).
Track and report defect metrics and test coverage to senior management.
