Qualifications

• 7+ years in software quality assurance with senior-level experience.
• Experience building and scaling automation frameworks with Playwright and JMeter.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce uniform QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
• Implement QA gates within CI/CD to meet quality goals.
• Architect and maintain automated testing frameworks for web apps and Windows services.
• Mentor QA team members and raise automation maturity.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Scrum teams to meet customer needs.
• Oversee functional, regression, performance testing; analyze defect metrics.
• Report quality findings to senior management.
