Ideal candidates have 8+ years in QA with 4+ in automation, heavy Python/Playwright usage, and strong executive communication. This role is based in Mesa, AZ, with on-site collaboration and a focus on non-functional and data quality testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA or software quality, incl. 4+ years in automation strategy.
• Hands-on ability to write production-grade automation code today.
• ISTQB or equivalent depth in testing.
• Strong automation best practices and Test Automation Pyramid.
• Non-functional testing and basic security testing per OWASP.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA vision and long-term automation strategy across Platform, Credential, and Violations.
• Build and maintain core automation frameworks and test libraries with squads.
• Unblock teams by pairing, training, and writing initial test suites.
• Guide load, stress, and security testing where appropriate.
• Represent QA in Architecture CoE and track quality metrics.
