Job summary

Uline is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer for IT to shape the next level of test automation across web, API and mobile apps. You will build robust automation frameworks using Playwright and TestComplete, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitLab.

Based at Uline’s Corporate HQ in Pleasant Prairie, WI, this on‑site role requires 5+ years in QA automation, strong JS/TS skills, SQL and API testing, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of scripting in QA Automation Engineering.
• Experience programming with a modern language such as JavaScript and Typescript.
• Proficient with SQL, API testing, GIT and Agile.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tool.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automated test frameworks for web, API and mobile applications using Playwright, TestComplete, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Partner with developers and IT teams to define best practices and create test cases that improve reliability and performance.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using technologies like Jenkins, GitLab and Azure DevOps to support continuous testing and feedback.
• Execute and track automated and manual tests, working with developers to troubleshoot issues.
• Document and share automation frameworks and test results, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.
