Job summary

Uline is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer for its IT division to shape reliable web applications with automated tests. You will develop frameworks using Playwright and TestComplete, build scripts, and ensure quality across web, API, and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with developers and IT teams to embed testing in CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab and Azure DevOps, report findings, and drive improvements. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of automation scripting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of QA automation scripting experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong SQL, API testing, Git and Agile expertise.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tool.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automated test frameworks for web, API and mobile applications using Playwright, TestComplete, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Partner with developers and IT teams to define best practices and create test cases that improve reliability and performance.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using technologies like Jenkins, GitLab and Azure DevOps to support continuous testing and feedback.
• Execute and track automated and manual tests, working with developers to troubleshoot issues.
• Document and share automation frameworks and test results, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.
