Job summary

Uline is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer for its IT department at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests and frameworks to ensure the reliability of web, API and mobile applications used across North America.

Collaborating with developers and IT teams, you’ll embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, drive best practices, and help deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years scripting in QA automation.
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficient in SQL, API testing, Git and Agile practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tool.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automated test frameworks for web, API and mobile applications using Playwright, TestComplete, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Partner with developers and IT teams to define best practices and create test cases that improve reliability and performance.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab and Azure DevOps to support continuous testing and feedback.
• Execute and track automated and manual tests, working with developers to troubleshoot issues.
• Document and share automation frameworks and test results, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.
