Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a senior QA professional to lead complex QA programs for government-related software products and services. You will establish software quality standards across life cycle, design high-level test strategies, and coordinate with product and development teams to ensure defect-free system implementations.

The role requires extensive experience in test planning, automation, and QA governance, with strong collaboration and communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience with configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partners with business, product, and development teams as a senior QA resource across SDLC.
• Provides high level usability, testability expertise during requirements phase.
• Creates master test plans including strategy and schedules.
• Writes, maintains, and executes automated test scripts when applicable.
• Leads QA reviews, inspections, and changes control activities.
