Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level desired.
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development.
• Experience with creating test plans and scripts with collaboration across developers and users.
• Experience with hardware/IT environments and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA across the SDLC and liaise with business, product, and development teams.
• Create master test plans, testing strategies, and schedules for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Lead test case reviews, design reviews, and changes control activities.
• Coordinate QA reviews and inspections to identify defects and drive corrective action.
