Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 8–15 years of professional software testing experience including test automation.
• Experience with test plans, test scripts, and SDLC collaboration.
• Experience with hardware/operating environments as needed for testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA for large programs, establishing testing strategy and plans.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts when applicable.
• Coordinate with business, product, and development teams across SDLC.
• Create master test plans and quantify testing results.
• Lead walkthroughs, inspections, and reviews for quality assurance.
• Track defects and ensure timely resolution; produce testing SOPs.
